Want the VIP treatment and someone in your corner? That’s where 1:1 coaching comes in. We’ll create a custom fitness + nutrition plan built entirely around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Plus, you’ll get real support and accountability from me—think personalized workouts, practical nutrition strategies (no weird food rules here), mindset coaching, and guidance through every barrier and breakthrough. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and want a real transformation, this is for you.
Cancellation policy
✔ For Phone Sessions: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a lost session or a cancellation fee.
✔ For 1:1 Coaching Programs: You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds will be given for past or partially completed programs.
✔ For Pre-Made Programs: All sales of pre-made programs are final.
